Rules:

1. Treat others as you want to be treated.

2. Follow directions the first time given.

3. Stay on task until finished.

4. Keep hands, feet, objects, and comments to yourself.

5. No noise or talking that would interrupt learning.

Consequences:

white - Great Day! No rules were broken

blue - warning/conference with teacher  (1 mark)

green - 10 minutes time out from recess (2 marks)

yellow - 15 minutes time out from recess (3 marks)

red - contact parents (4 marks)

Office Visits:

1. Severe, dangerous, or excessive disruptive behavior.

2. Student reaches red level 4 times in a six weeks.

3. Student has more than 17 marks in a six weeks.
