The purpose of Art is to teach a progression of quality art skills through strategies, activities, resources, materials,  and evaluations. To assess, nurture, and cultivate students' potential abilities, and promote art education for all. Also, to relate and interact with the learners' community in order to facilitate shared success in the elementary art program for each learner.
